Dr. Wanda D. Clemmons is an Educator, Real Estate Broker, Investor, Entrepreneur, Certified Mediator, Community Leader and Philanthropist. Dr. Wanda was born and raised in Los Angeles County. She has over 40 years of real estate, investment and business experience. Dr. Wanda began her real estate career over 40 years ago with her late husband as a Real Estate Investor ‘Flipping” properties. She is currently the leader of Generations Realty & Investments (GRI), a full service comprehensive real estate company that serves Southern California, Northern California as well as Kern County and the Inland Empire. GRI provides services and expertise in the following real estate and business areas:

Dr. Wanda has earned a Bachelor’s Degree, two Master's Degrees as well as a Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu,California. Additionally, Dr. Wanda holds multiple Teaching Credentials. Her educational studies include Business Administration, Real Estate, Education, Special Education and Mediation with an emphasis on Conflict Resolution. One of GRI’s goals is to promote healthy families and to begin to create generational wealth in underserved communities. To share her wealth of knowledge Dr. Wanda is currently mentoring the next generations of youth and leaders.

Dr. Wanda is also the Founder, President and CEO of LA Destiny Center (LADC). The LA Destiny Center is a 501 C(3) non-profit corporation that provides educational and social services through the following outreach programs: Camp Destiny- ( STEAM and Leadership) program in Sequoia National Forest, Girls and Gentlemen of Destiny (G.O.D.)- a middle school mentorship program, Imitate G.R.E.A.T.- a high school Excellence Summit, Kids Biz Network (KBN- a youth entrepreneur program and Pedal Hearte-r an Annual Bike Give-Away and Ride promoting heart health and healthy lifestyles in Honor of her late Husband and co-Founder Nuoye R. Clemmons Sr.

Dr. Wanda is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, The Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Teachers Association and the National Association of Educators.

Dr. Wanda has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Sentinel, The Wave and Daily Breeze newspapers for her contributions as a business woman and educator. She was also featured on KCAL 9 News, a local television broadcast in Los Angeles for her continued work serving youth and their families in Los Angeles County.
